COVID-19 Business & Operations Update

Dear Valued Titan Customer:

At approximately 6pm PST, Nevada Governor Sisolak ordered all nonessential businesses statewide to close for 30-days in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.  We would like to assure our customers that Titan intends to follow State and Government regulations concerning the health and safety of our employee’s and customers.  Titan intends to continue business operations in order to provide service to our customers for as long as we are able and hopefully until the mandated closures are lifted.  We will be taking additional precautions to protect our employee’s and customers.  A large majority of our product is shipped directly to our customers either from the manufacturer or our warehouse, therefore, we have very little contact with our customers.  

If you are a local customer, please be advised that Titan offices and warehouse are closed to non-employee visitors until further notice.  We ask that you please reach out to your account manager and if need be, we can deliver product locally in the Reno/Sparks area.  For WILL CALL orders, you may phone the office upon arrival at 775-356-6600 and we can take your payment over the phone, then bring your order and paperwork directly to your vehicle.  

We appreciate your business and will make every effort to maintain the same level of excellent customer service you have become accustomed to, while taking every precaution necessary to protect both our valued employee’s and customers.
